Backend Java Developer (Technical Lead)

We are looking for an experienced Backend Java Developer with a strong background as a Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead a Level 2 (L2) support engineering team, engage with clients, and be directly involved in hands-on technical execution while managing the team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Level 2 Support Engineering team. Handle triage and resolution of low to medium complexity tickets. Apply code changes, functional responses, or configurations in low-code environments (experience with specific platforms is a plus). Escalate tickets to product areas, ensuring precise and high-quality documentation. Identify critical incidents (P1) and coordinate immediate resolution. Provide technical coaching, 1:1 sessions, and mentoring within the team. Implement peer reviews and pair programming practices. Structure and promote process improvements for support activities. Analyze recurring errors and propose product or documentation solutions. Generate reports on performance, SLA compliance, and team engagement. Monitor and ensure the compliance of SLAs and support metrics.
