MUST HAVE
Engineering degree in computer sciences, electronics, or embedded systems. Minimum 5 years of system validation experience, including 2 years in a tech lead or managerial role. Proficient in Python and C/C++ programming languages. Hands-on software debugging on various environments (Simulation/FPGA/SoC). Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience in communication protocol validation is a plus.
NICE HAVE
Familiarity with wireless technologies, Bluetooth, WiFi, and related fields. Background in CPU or CPI-related roles. NFC expertise is a valuable addition. Lead a team of system validation engineers, planning and assigning tasks. Architect and implement reliable validation flows and methodologies. Analyze Bluetooth standard test specifications and derive test requirements. Verify, validate, and test Bluetooth components on simulated environments and FPGA. Participate in Bluetooth product certification. Diagnose system issues, provide efficient fixes, and report to Bluetooth SIG for resolution.
