Experienced RTOS Embedded Developer

We are currently seeking experienced embedded software developers with expertise in Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS), particularly in the automotive and IoT domains. As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and debugging software for various products and modules within the vehicle system. Your role will involve contributing to creative and innovative projects related to vehicle computers, connectivity modules, and display units. Our teams work across diverse technology areas, including embedded real-time systems, communication protocols like CAN, BLE, and cellular networks, displays, and user interfaces on RTOS platforms, algorithm development (including machine learning), and interaction with cloud backends and mobile apps. Requirements: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in software development for embedded systems. Excellent proficiency in C++ and C programming. Experience with RTOS systems (e.g., FreeRTOS). Proficient in developing efficient code for systems with limited resources, such as a small memory footprint. Experience in the integration and debugging of sub-systems and peripherals. Cross-functional mindset, including collaboration with software, hardware, and test teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. A collaborative team player with excellent social skills. Strong drive, positive attitude, and the ability to take ownership of assignments and deliver on time. Motivated to continuously learn and openly share knowledge. Good to have: Experience with wireless systems like Bluetooth/BLE, WiFi, and cellular in embedded systems. Familiarity with touch frameworks (such as TouchGFX). Experience in algorithm development and machine learning.
